Constructed with the same Richardson attention to fit and quality in every stitch, this is the best foam trucker hat on the market. The seamless, foam front panel is perfect for printed transfers or screen printing, and the classic mesh back with plastic snapback make this cap as versatile as it is timeless.

These premium transfers are CMYK printed with a screen print base, heat applied to the garment leaving a smooth, bright finish. Specifically formulated for headwear to bridge the gaps in the panels, but work best on 5 panels or truckers.

Twill Patch
This decoration method is a great cost effecive way to do a faux patch, sublimated twill material with lazer cut edge to shape has a nice look, heat applied to the headwear. This is a new sew method of decoration.
Heat Applied Patches
A great way to attach a patch is with heat seal backing to the cap. The patches must be manufactured with heat seal, and heat seal to the edge of the merrow for the best result. The price listed above does not include the cost of the patch sold separatley, or you can supply*.
